What is HodHod AI?

HodHod is the AI agent behind HodHodHub: a layer that connects to your WooCommerce store, your WordPress site, Iranian messengers, your own SMS panel and your sales reports, reads the state of the business from that data, and proposes a concrete action instead of producing more text. That is the difference from a chatbot — a chatbot answers and stops; HodHod carries the proposal through approval, execution and a filed receipt.

The AI has two distinct roles. HodHod bots face your customers: you build one without code and publish it to Telegram, Bale, Rubika and Gap to answer questions and take orders. Dastyar, the copilot, faces you: it reads your reports and connections and proposes work such as launching a campaign, chasing stalled orders or issuing a payment link. Every sensitive change — price, stock, sending a campaign — goes through your approval and stays in the history with the action, the reason, the approver and the outcome.

01What is the difference between a HodHod bot and Dastyar?

A HodHod bot faces your customers: you publish it to the messengers, and every channel's messages land in one shared inbox. Dastyar faces you: it reads the reports, explains the situation and proposes the next action. One sits where a support agent or a salesperson would; the other sits next to the manager.

02What does HodHod AI connect to?

WooCommerce and WordPress, the Telegram, Bale, Rubika and Gap messengers, your own SMS panel, a Zarinpal gateway registered in your own name, and the operational reports are live today. Marketplaces work through official APIs or your own data and are enabled per store. Anything not yet complete for wide release is shown with an explicit label rather than listed as a claim.

03Where do HodHod's answers come from?

From your data: your WordPress content, the FAQ list you write while building, and — where connected — the real state of orders, stock and invoices. Answers are not composed from the model's general knowledge, and wherever confidence is low the question is handed to you or your support team instead of guessed at.

04Do I need to write code to use HodHod AI?

No. Building a bot and working with the copilot both happen in conversation, and you can test everything in a safe sandbox before publishing. Technical teams also have an API and webhooks in the relevant sections.
